By having your content uploaded by KMB you are agreeing to have a website created using templates from either Wix or Weebly, depending upon your preferences. Your website will be tailored to fit your specific needs, using a free website tool, which will yield a website that has a free subdomain URL such as livehealthyandfree.weebly.com or livehealthyandfree.wix.com/livehealthy. If you would like to purchase an actual domain, such as livehealthyandfree.com, you will have to do so, personally from Wix, Weebly or a provider of your choice. Our service does not offer to create customized templates or designs, but will upload, manipulate and create content using templates to personalize your very own free web space, to do as you please.
Coupons and Flyers will be released to you in JPEG format, while presentations will be released in either PPT. format or WMV format, depending on your preferences. Once materials are released by KMB, you receive full authority over the use and distribution of them.
Clip Art
KMB, upon your request only, will use clipart or vector images from both Clker and Open Clipart to personalize your website or marketing materials. In the instance that a person or business does not have adequate content, stock photos and other forms of additional content may be added. However, there is no guarantee that the stock photos have not been used in other places, meaning they may be found on the internet and in marketing mediums elsewhere. By having clipart from Clker and Open Clipart used on your website or marketing materials, you are agreeing to their terms and conditions.

In House Generated Text
For those who are low on text content for their website, there are instances where KMB will be able to generate text based on the company or organizational information received. Since the amount of text and types of text a person needs can vary, it is important for anyone who is contemplating in house generated text to send in a request letter with the information pertaining to the project to [email protected] as soon as possible. Pricing will be assessed depending on the job. Furthermore, KMB would like to ensure you that only original text is provided, never copied or plagiarized.
Release Time Frames
KMB offers three release time frames: Standard (7-10 Business Days), Express (3-5 Business Days) and Flash (2-3 Business Days). These time frames do not reflect order and processing times, which vary. Once an order is placed it will take an additional 24 hours for confirmation and receipt processing, then an additional 48 to 72 hours will be required for those opting to attend a Kixxstart meeting. Once all materials have been received by KMB and the meeting has been attended or opted out of, an additional 24 hours is required for confirmation and receipt processing. Once the initial meetings and processing have taken place, the above time frames can be referenced. Refunds
A full refund may be requested any time before the customization of your website or marketing materials has begun. Customization will not typically begin until you have opted out of or attended a Kixxstart meeting and turned in the necessary files, text, audio, pictures, etc. to begin customization. There will be no refunds for completed websites, marketing materials or updates. Once your website, marketing materials or updated content has been released, you are given a 48 hour time frame to request any modifications. If modifications are requested, they will be completed within 48 hours of your request and the website, marketing materials or updates will be re-released to you. If you feel that any discrepancies have taken place on the part of Kixxstart My Biz, such as not releasing your content within the time frames outlined, a partial refund may be assessed on an individual and circumstantial basis.
Customer Turned in Content (Ownership)
By turning in content for KMB to upload, including but not limited to text, videos, pictures and audio, you are agreeing that you own the rights to the content and have full permission to use it for the purpose you are trying to use it. KMB holds no liability for any content turned in by you, and will assume that you have proper licensing or rights to the content. In the instance that any content provided by the customer is in use illegally, the customer takes full responsibility.
